Deer Run Farm is a Quarter Horse racing facility viewing area attached to an existing training building. The addition provides an entertainment space for viewing the farm and surrounding horse-grazing areas.

A site visit revealed expansive views across the 400-acre property that became central to the design. To take advantage of these views, the perimeter wall of the existing training building was raised to allow clear sightlines across the farm and training ring.

The back porch overlooks the full property and includes several gathering areas organized around a central fireplace. Large doors connect the viewing area directly to the bar area, allowing unobstructed views of the ring.

The completed project has been featured in multiple horse trade publications and serves as the residence of a three-time World Champion Quarter Horse.
