Fraley & Schilling is a purpose-built corporate office designed to support the company’s expansion into East Tennessee and bring multiple business functions together under one roof. Originally based in Indiana, the transportation company established its Knoxville presence with a headquarters that strengthens internal coordination and supports long-term growth.
The interior design centers on an open office layout that encourages communication and coordination across teams. Branding is integrated directly into the space through custom wall coverings and a logo set into the floor, reinforcing Fraley & Schilling’s identity while maintaining a professional, functional work environment.
The completed headquarters supported Fraley & Schilling’s expansion into East Tennessee, creating 50+ local jobs in the process. The success of the project also led to an additional Fraley & Schilling facility in Columbia, South Carolina, extending our relationship with this brand.
