Catholic Charities
Office

Catholic Charities of East Tennessee undertook a renovation of its existing facility following significant fire damage. During planning and repair, the organization used the opportunity to consolidate multiple program services into a single building, bringing immigration services, administrative offices, and the Pregnancy Center together under one roof.

The design process focused on re-evaluating spatial adjacencies and improving workflow between programs. A shared conference and training room was introduced as a central connection point between services.

Interior finishes draw directly from Catholic Charities’ branding, using layered blues from the logo paired with warm wood accents and furniture selections to differentiate programs and create a welcoming environment.
The renovation repaired fire-related damage while allowing Catholic Charities to expand services, improve internal efficiency, and better support volunteers. The Pregnancy Center gained additional capacity, and a dedicated training space now serves both staff and volunteer needs.
