The KaTom Warehouse Addition expanded an existing warehouse to support the continued growth of the kitchen supply company. The project adds just under 100,000 square feet of warehouse space to increase operational capacity.
Using the available land on site, the new addition was designed to wrap around an expanded parking area. The building’s new façade faces the interstate and was intended to generate brand awareness for KaTom.
The completed expansion supports KaTom’s growing warehouse and distribution needs while strengthening the company’s presence at its Kodak location.
