Designed by GAE Architecture + Design and completed in early 2026 by Merit Construction, this extensive addition and renovation project unites contemporary design with Porsche’s commitment to innovation, creating a destination facility that reflects the brand’s legacy in East Tennessee.
The architectural vision centers on a striking new 33,000-square-foot sales building, designed to command attention while allowing the existing service wing to remain operational throughout construction. A distinctive curved front elevation, anchored by a large architectural skylight, establishes the architectural presence while flooding the expanded showroom with natural light and creating an upscale interior experience that elevates how customers engage with the brand.
Beyond the visual transformation, the facility is built for the future. GAE’s design integrates specialized EV-ready infrastructure and upgrades that position the dealership to support Porsche’s expanding electric vehicle lineup, while expanded service capabilities, including larger bay doors and dedicated spaces for Porsche Classic, reflect the breadth of services a premier luxury dealership demands.
