Century Park 8 is envisioned as the next addition to Century Park, a prominent Class-A office and mixed-use district located along Pellissippi Parkway in Knoxville’s rapidly growing technology corridor.
This development introduces a pair of two-story office buildings connected by a wide, double-height glass atrium that serves as the architectural centerpiece of the campus. The design builds on the established identity of Century Park with an emphasis on openness, transparency, and visual connectivity between the two structures.
A contemporary palette of glass, wood panel, and concrete reinforces the architectural character, while the rear of the atrium opens onto a landscaped plaza with seating areas and shade trees.
Interior spaces are organized around a refined workplace experience with two-story entry zones, a monumental stair, and clear suite entry points that support intuitive wayfinding.
Together, these elements create a cohesive extension of the Century Park brand while offering flexibility for future tenants and a professional environment for growing companies.
