Originally based in Indiana, the transportation company established its Knoxville presence with a headquarters that strengthens internal coordination and supports long-term growth.

The completed headquarters supported Fraley & Schilling’s expansion into East Tennessee, creating 50+ local jobs in the process. The success of the project also led to an additional Fraley & Schilling facility in Columbia, South Carolina, extending our relationship with this brand.
