Holy Ghost Catholic Church

Religion

Holy Ghost Catholic Church involves the restoration of a historic two-story structure originally built in 1908 and used as the parish’s first church until 1926. Over time, the building served multiple community functions, including classrooms and charitable organizations.

This project restores the structure for continued parish use, with a new Parish Hall on the first floor and Religious Education and multipurpose rooms on the second. First, a detailed building scan was completed to document existing conditions and better understand the structure and required repairs.

With the restoration scope defined, the design focuses on improving connections between floors and the lower level while respecting the original construction. The main floor will include offices and a large gathering space, while the upper level will support religious education and flexible program use.
