Lovell Springs Business Park is a 15-building industrial development located in West Knox County. Building sizes range from 7,500 to 30,000 sq ft, offering flexible space options within a single industrial park. The site is bounded by a tributary of Turkey Creek and TVA power lines, creating clear constraints that informed the overall planning of the development.
Given the site limitations, the layout was carefully planned to accommodate all 15 buildings while maintaining functional access and circulation. Each building was designed to support multiple tenants, with drive-in doors and truck docks arranged to allow separation between future occupants.
The buildings share a consistent architectural language, helping the development read as a unified industrial park rather than a collection of separate structures. This park reached full occupancy in a short period of time, allowing the owner to move forward with additional developments at other locations.
