Myers Orthodontics updated an existing building to better support daily operations and improve visibility from the street. The remodel focused on making the most of what was already there while giving the office a clearer, more welcoming presence.
Working within the existing structure shaped many of the design decisions. Rather than expanding the building, the focus was on making targeted improvements that would strengthen both function and presence.
A new entrance was introduced to give the low-slung building a clearer identity and improve the arrival experience from the street. Additionally, an existing courtyard was infilled to add usable interior space without increasing the building footprint. These changes created a cohesive, efficient office space that supports operations and feels intentional rather than pieced together.
