All Star Outfitters was designed to consolidate multiple operations into a single facility, supporting efficiency, collaboration, and day-to-day workflow. Bringing offices, production, and distribution together under one roof allowed the company to streamline operations while creating a more connected workplace environment.
The building is organized into three primary zones: office space, production areas, and warehouse functions. This clear separation allows each function to operate efficiently while maintaining direct adjacency for coordination between teams.
By consolidating previously separate locations, the project creates a centralized hub that better aligns daily operations, production flow, and corporate culture. As a result, the completed facility supports operational growth while improving the internal workplace experience.
