Working within the limits of the site, the floor plan was carefully optimized to accommodate multiple entry points and connections to existing buildings. The layout balances circulation, access, and capacity within a compact footprint.

A historic mural covers the south façade of the garage, adding a distinctive visual element that contributes to the surrounding streetscape.

The completed garage provides functional parking while responding to both site constraints and its downtown context.
